NASMB offers a new method of training
The first meeting on the project “European Facilitators Network – a network to promote professional facilitation of work integrated learning” (Abbreviation: EUFACINET) took place between 10th and 12th January 2008. The meeting was held at hotel “St. Sofia” and all the partners took part in it – organizations from Germany, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Netherlands, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. The project is part of the Life Long Learning Program – sub-program “Leonardo Da Vinci”.
The object of the project is to respond to the need of competent facilitators of workplace learning within the small and medium-sized enterprises /SME/. The need is determined by the novelty of the facilitator profile. It was created in the project CompServSME, as well as A Facilitation Guide, consisting of three Modules. The project EUFACINET aims to transfer this innovative practice of workplace learning in Bulgaria and Spain, to create two new modules, testing it in all the participating countries, to provide for an electronic resource platform for European facilitators, and to initialize a European Community of Practice of facilitators.
The activities of the Bulgarian partners – The National Association of Small and Medium Sized Business and The Federation of Societies for Support of Knowledge – are the following: to translate The Facilitation Guide with all the five Modules in Bulgarian; to test it five SME, and to disseminate the activities of the project in Bulgaria.
We invite everyone who is interested in the project to contact us.
