Very successfully last several years in Lisbon a conference was held in which more than 100 lecturers from different countries were participated and more than 2000 participants – as well as web users were registered. The Forum includes: Plenary Sessions, Round Tables, Workshops, Living Labs, Marketplace and Exhibitions, Network Area. More than 2500 visitors in 2008 were registered. The next edition of the event will be on 15-16.10.2009 in Lisbon, Portugal.

In the current year – of innovations and creativity – are expected the most interesting ideas in that field. In the frames of that international event on 15 of October will take place the final conference of EUFACINET project with lead partner National Association of Small and medium Business - Bulgaria. Local partner and organizer of the event is CECOA. Partners in the project are from: Germany – GAB, ISOB and City of Munich, Slovakia, - RDA – Senec-Pezinok and BSGR, Denmark – AMU, Malta – MMS, Spain – FMA and the Netherlands – LEDA.
Experience on the basis of the testing of the innovative modules will be presented. After that a free discussion will be held with participation of all partners and facilitators. Results of the project will be shown to a large audience – Facilitation Guide (5 modules in six languages) elaborated after the testing in five SMEs in Spain and ten in Bulgaria. Web platform; Community of Practice. Experts can answer to any questions from representatives of different firms supporting them in solving problems regarding HR, difficult situations, organizational mistakes in the work process. After identification of training needs through learning, integrated into work process and situations and a set of training measures competitiveness of SMEs can be increased. In times of economic difficulties the staff of the firm can be re-structured and optimized.
